Full End of Lease Cleaning Checklist
General
- Window cleaning, internally, externally (1st storey only)
- Window tracks and screens
- Walls and doors spot cleaned or washed
- Hard floors mopped, carpets vacuumed
- Skirting boards dusted or wet wiped
- Cornices dusted
- Power points and switches cleaned
- Stair balustrading cleaned
- Wardrobe shelves, drawers & mirrors cleaned
- Light fittings cleaned
- Ceiling fans dusted
- Cobwebs removed internally
- Venetian blinds dusted, or washed if they can easily be taken down.
- Garage swept and cobwebs removed
Bathrooms
- Shower cleaned including screen tiles
- Bath cleaned and rinsed
- Vanity cleaned
- Basin and taps cleaned
- Exhaust fans cleaned
- Toilet bleached inside and out

Partial Cleaning
We also can do a partial clean of your premises. Our minimum charge is $80 with an hourly rate of $40 per hour. Our standard prices are shown below:
- Windows, inside and out (including tracks)) - $80-$120
- Kitchen, including oven and rangehood - $80-$120
- Bathrooms - $40 each
- Wall wash - $80-$140
